Engineered for Performance and Biomechanics
Soltek understands the crucial role that equine surface texture plays in the safety and performance of riders and their horses. This understanding led us to develop footings that offer superior stability while giving important consideration to horse biomechanics. All our footings are prepared with washed sand comprised of classified aggregates in specific proportions to attain FEI standards. Our washed aggregates reduce dust and the resilient nature of our silica sand particles provides a durable, long-lasting footing.
Prepared with the same base sand, all our footings can be upgraded over time. A Traditional footing can become an Elite, and an Elite can later be modified into a Pro — so your investment grows with your needs.

Traditional
Our washed, silica sand footing without added fibers — an economical option suitable for multiple disciplines.
Traditional Plus
Adds a single synthetic filament fiber that acts like grass roots, holding the sand together to reduce movement and deformation a perfect option for rings that need to provide slightly more while in use and suitable for multiple disciplines. All Traditional Footing requires regular grooming and humidity maintenance.
Classic, Elite, and Pro
Feature synthetic fibers (gradually more than the previous series) for superior stability and performance. They provide more body and strength — reducingmovement, deformation, and slippage while offering a supple surface replace with active stability. The humidity retention properties of the fibers also reduce maintenance requirements and allow for more traffic. Regular grooming and humidity maintenance is required for proper performance and biomechanics.

Our introductory synthetic footing offers an economical and lasting surface that can be upgraded to Elite or Pro. Recommended for light to moderate traffic and jumping up to 1 meter.
Engineered to FEI standards and laboratory tested. Versatile enough for moderate to high traffic, performing well for jumps up to 1.4 meters — and up to 1.6 meters with attentive maintenance. Can be upgraded to Pro.
Our top-tier footing designed for high performance. Engineered to FEI standards in laboratory testing. Built for jumping up to 1.6 meters, ideal for high-traffic facilities.
